We at M/s. Dhavalikar Engineering Works, engaged in Manufacturing of Castings & Machined Items.

The company maintaining it’s production activities in a covered area 40000 sq ft built on 55000 sq ft open area in Kolhapur, India.

Total production capacity of the foundry is 300MT per month. Company’s supply is to OEM for their indigenous and export requirement. Having certification (ISO 9001: 2015) to supply castings under the stringent quality norms, it’s systems at work have become foolproof to produce and maintain quality of products and standards as continuous process.

With the advent of liberal Economic policy of the Govt. of India, large investments are being made by the Indian industries to cater market requirements.

To keep the pace with the industries, our company has made an investment and brought in new induction furnaces , automatic CO2 and Green Sand Moulding lines and capability to make floor moulding for high weight parts.

Our Company has fully equipped Destructive and NDT Testing laboratory, Microstructure control system. With its own heat treatment ability and machining workshops in house, We serve our products to customers, ready to mount by great respect to technology, quality and customer satisfaction.

Our company manufactures low/medium/high carbon, stainless, heat resistant, wear resistant and high alloyed steel castings.

Since 2011, our foundry is supplying products to automotive, lifting and handling, energy, incineration, steel, construction, heat treatment and machinery industries with experienced and qualified staff.
